Terms and Conditions
- To be
eligible the Trade In plotter must be in good working condition with
no more than slight cosmetic damage.
- A valid test
page must accompany the machine when shipped. The test page must be
printed on large format media which is the width of the Trade In
printer.
- RBT will
provide shipping for the inbound Trade In printer. We will ship you
a box with packaging material and arrange to pick up your old
printer at no charge. The customer will be responsible for safely
packing the equipment.
- Customer
warrants that it hold the legal title to the Trade In Printer, free
of security interests or liens, and has the legal right to transfer
the equipment to RBT. The title to all identified Trade In equipment
transfers upon RBT's receipt of the Trade In equipment from RBT's
designated freight carrier.
- RBT's Trade
In values for used equipment are valid only for Trade in equipment
which is in good working order. To receive full quoted Trade In
value, trade in printers must be returned with legs, baskets,
manuals & power cord and must be capable of producing a test print.
All ink must be removed before shipped. RBT will not pay the Trade
In value for non working printers.
- Customers
must make the Trade In equipment available to the pick up carrier
within no more than fifteen (15) days after the Trade In form has
been received. A charge of $100 will be deducted from the Trade In
value each time the RBT designated carrier attempts a scheduled pick
up and the printer is not ready for shipment.
- Once RBT has
received the Trade In printer & test page. The printer will be
tested to verify that is is in working condition. RBT will make
payment to the customer in the form of a check within approximately
fifteen (15) days.
- RBT reserves
the right to cancel or modify this program at our discretion.
