Do you have a question or problem with your Plotter4U plotter?

We take our plotter customers seriously. It is important that you are satisfied with your HP Designjet Plotter. So, we will do our best to answer your question or address your issue.

Please know that we are not technicians and our technical expertise with this equipment is limited. We will always try to assist you as we are able. You will also have access to our specialized setup assistance area for instructions on setting up your plotter. This area will also provide access to the software drivers for your plotter.

For more technical matters, we will introduce you to our partner technicians around the country, who can provide you with assistance on any plotter issue.

Online Setup Assistance!
For our new customers, we have added a setup assistance page that walks you through the steps to get your plotter operating in 30 minutes. A set of audio instructions has been prepared for each step in the process, including assembly, installation of inks and paper, and installation of drivers in your computer. Be sure you don't miss this when you're installing your new plotter!
