All plotters ship FOB San Diego, Los Angeles, Arizona, Oregon, or Ohio.  Approximate shipping charges are $227.00 via Motor Cargo, Yellow Freight, or ABF Freight.

When the plotter is shipped from a different location, all bonus starting supplies are shipped from San Diego or Las Vegas. These may arrive before or after the actual plotter. There are no additional shipping charges for the bonus starting supplies. For any inquiries regarding the delivery of the plotter or supplies please contact us.

Specific shipping charges will be added in the Checkout area of the Shopping Cart or when placing an order by telephone. Remember that all New Plotters have Free Shipping!

If for any reason your plotter is not in working condition upon delivery, we will guarantee replacement or repair at our expense. We will either have it picked up or send the part required to correct the damage incurred during shipment.

Our Return Policy

Plotter4U's policy is a strict 7-day DOA (dead on arrival) exchange policy.

• All listings, unless otherwise noted, carry our 7-day DOA exchange policy.
• Plotter4U must be informed of any DOA within 7-days of delivery.
• All approved returns will be approved for replacement (exchange) only.
• If a suitable replacement will not be available when your return arrives, we will issue a full refund. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Sorry, we do not guarantee compatibility! If you purchased an item in error, it does not qualify for our 7-day DOA policy.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us for an RMA. Please include the invoice #, serial number (if applicable), and reason for return.
